A complete façade re-build—replacing old phosphate siding with brick-and-stone—was a key element of our work on this 4,000-square-foot corner lot. To bear the weight of the new façade load, we also created a new structure to the building foundation.

Extensive interior & exterior renovation to this former real estate office was recognized with a Main Street Business award.
